Debuffs at the start of the fight not always appearing

My suicides debuffs just don't show up randomly during event quest fights. Also fighting against cgr with a villain in the side quest the perma armor break doesn't always show up.

    In this link is a video of my poison being "purified". No nodes. Uc eq. No synergy that should be causing this.

    This bug ruins some abilities of Diablo. No permanent regen and he can't take advantage of his signature ability. It doesn't happen every fight but it is happening fairly often.

    It's happening every few fights. If I was doing real content this would be extremely frustrating as it ruins Diablos abilities.

    The synergy that is to improve the champion is now detrimental to Diablo.
