Well let's get into specifics, the Tag on the Spidermen/women is "Spider-Verse Heroes" meaning it only includes the actual Heroes from the Group. While it's true Venom is integrally tied with the Spider-Verse Characters, and has been a Hero for quite a while now, this Venom in the game is an Older Version. One that is still a Full Villain, not even an Antihero yet.
If our Mcoc Venom was a Hero then maybe I could see an argument for him having the SVH Tag, or if it was just the "Spider-Verse" Tag which included all Heroes And Villains tied to Spider Champions then again that'd be a pretty good argument for Venom. But that's not the case, he's a Villain and Apparently an Earlier Version of Venom which wouldn't have much to do with the Spider-Verse Champions besides the fact there's always a Venom in each Universe (usually).
