I spent one of my catalyst tokens wrong

I thought I was supposed to buy 2 of the 18k t4 basic as seen on Richtheman’s video but it turns out I’m supposed to buy only one. I want my token back so I can get all of the rewards, is there any way to make this happen? This event is super confusing

    It's either what you did or replacing half of a t4 basic for a class one. you'll still get the last rewards and personally I'm gonna buy the 18k t4b twice.

    I’m not ftp and bought the pass. I watched his video on how to get all the 28 rewards. I will not get the t5 class fragment crystal this way. I would prefer to get that instead of half of a t4 basic. I’m hoping that they have some way to refund wrong choices in the canteen.

    I did not watch Rich's store recommendation video, but if he is recommending people to buy two of the 18k T4B items that is probably because he feels 18k T4B is better than one T4CC for most of his viewers.

    By default, free players are going to get enough tokens to buy one of every item in the store up to the 14th item which is the 5* AG crystal. *IF* you buy two of something, that means you will have to forgo one of another item of the same type, but if you do you will still get everything else.

    So if you buy two of the 18k T4B items, and you skip one of the other red token items - T4CC selector or 5 T1A for example - you will still be able to get one of every other item up to item 14 (resort pass players will be able to get one of all 28 items).

    You can open a support ticket and try to get the token back, or you can decide to just skip the T4C selector and keep going if it means that much to you. But if you continue on and do not deliberately skip an item purposefully, then you'll run out of red tokens and end up being unable to buy the 11250 T5B fragments (free player) or the T5CC fragment crystal (resort paid player).
