Hi @Damageu , we are sorry that you have run into this issue. Did it resolve itself when you restart the game, or if you leave the Arena and come back?
It means the champions have been used by the system and you need support to help you unlock them. It’s random and unfortunately but reach out to support.

@Kabam Miike@Kabam Boo I tried everything, re-enter the arena a few times, ran some 6* basic arena, restart the game, and I even turned off my device for 3 minutes then power it back on, same error message.
If you requested an action to be undone (undo awakening, undo rank up gem etc.) then when they start to do it, you won’t find that champion in your roster. So if you put the champion in Arena, then requested something to be undone on the Champion then that exact error will pop up because they are gone
Only way to fix is losing the streak... It happens whe a champ should be locked on cooldown but by some server mistake it allows u to use it again after a disconnect or so... Lose the streak by forfeiting the match

The forum moderators here can't help you out. You have to contact support and go back and forth with them.
If you tap the door on the upper right of arena screen you can quit the match and free it up. This will cancel your streak though. That door is only present in the arena selection screen where you choose which arena to enter.
Alternatively If that team has refreshed after cool down you can likely load them instead and continue forward.

I had to do it twice. Apparently, I had 2 teams locked in the same Feature arena at same time.

That is new, only heard of one being locked in.
Also they changed the door from right to left somewhat recently, likely with the arena changes.
