    Yeah... in ultimate spiderman version of vulture is made by science experiment but movie's vulture should be tech because he use weapon and gadgets . but he could be science champ also like ant man or yj...

    If you look at the wings closely, they could be depicted as tech. So that's possible.

    I would guess that the "Homecoming" Spidey will have slightly different abilities based on the Tony Stark designed costume that he wears in the movie.
