Bishop prowess bugged?

Are Bishop's prowess not counted as buffs? Bishop in defense could inflict huge damage with staking prowess in every hits, but when counter the buff with Ronan or Morningstar, doesn't do any harm like there's no single buff!!!!

    It does appear like it's active buffs.

    I guess, kabam just turned Bishop into beyond God tier category, if those buffs are passive. Because I can't just killed it with every hit turning into stacking prowess and inflict incinerate with additional unlockable specials.

    Literally just use a tech champion. Use any (non-energy attacking) tech champion and you win. He doesn’t gain prowess on being hit by physical damage from tech champions.

    I wish people read the kits for champions they are struggling to beat. They’d answer so many of their own questions.
