Why doesn't the daily quest progress with the level of player?

    Forgive me if I’m wrong, but don’t we unlock different levels of the daily quests as our level progresses? I’m not too sure about this since I’ve been stuck around the level for a long time and I don’t remember that much about me being in lower levels.
