Game disconnects and Quest not saved

in Bugs and Known Issues
I was doing Starfall's event quest. On uncollected level Chapter 3 quest 2. When I was fight my second last opponent on path C the game suddenly got disconnected, and it wasn't the internet. When I log in again the progress wasn't saved. I wasn't even in the quest....
Obviously, I can't provide any screenshot since everything is gone..

    Mines disconnecting left right and centre. Mainly when my AQ fights are loading, so obviously Kabam has to take half my life in case I’m trying to cheat!

    Yep me too terrible lag and when I finish a fight it freezes up and when I go back in, half my health gone :-/

    That used to happen to me I hated it. But now this happens to me instead of AQ. Wasted my energy on nothing... Literally nothing

    Me too I was doing side guest then the game disconnect and I lost my progress and the key

    So kabam isn't doing anything about it and ignore our posts
