    I had this happen to me once when fighting Luke cage with mr f on diss track. The first time I went into the fight, the prefight debuffs I selected did not activate. However, i reselected them and went into the fight a second time and they did activate.

    Did the persistent charge bug ever get fixed? I've stopped using persistent champs in aq since the whole horseman thing. I never payed attention to any follow up if it was fixed.

    Nah I think I’ll ask the guy who thought that made sense in the first place 💀
    When cmm goes into binary mode with indestructible it removes the debuffs. Then the other person mention Luke cage in a quest so was likely awakened. Could be a connection between the scenarios mentioned.

    I just figured out this was a video and I have no idea what was supposed to happen or didn't happen. Might be time for bed.

    I applied all 3 of Mr Fantastic pre-fight abilities and the persistent charges were removed from his counter but when the fight started the debuffs were not placed on the defender
