Got this guy with the help of the bugle store. Not gonna level him yet since I have a Mr. N to level up aswell.

    I duped Havok (Sig 40) from a Mutant Cav
    I duped Torch from a basic
    And I pulled Howard the Duck from the TB Calendar Cav
