If every class had a mastery that benefited them as much as mystic dispersion, how would they look?

Mystics gain power when buffs end or are nullified so what would the other classes get if they had a decent mastery option?

Tech : Make the actual Collar Tech not only inhibit power gain but also steal the a portion of the power inhibited.
Mutant : Make the actual Mutagenesis effective against any type of damage over time debuff (passive or active)
Skill : Make the Pure Skill mastery able to ignore more additional % of armor per debuff they put on their opponents
Science : Better Physical and energy resistance per debuff on their opponents
By the way, is there anyone using other class specific mastery than mystic dispersion ?
I tried the skill one some years ago but didn't see any real benefit and rapidly switch to mystic dispersion for which i hunted down all the mastery core i could find week after week !
Would be nice to have some "free" class specific mastery point we could gain based on our level progression (let's say 1 point per 10 or 20 levels) and only usable on the first 3 ranks of class mastery. that would add diversity to accounts without breaking the game
So, if we follow on in that vein, they might look something like this
Cosmic: Whenever a Cosmic attacker removes an armour up buff from the opponent, gain an aptitude buff increasing buff potency by 10% for 10 seconds
Skill: Whenever a Skill attacker purifies a debuff, gain a precision buff granting 250 critical rating for 10 seconds
Science: Whenever a Science attacker reduces the opponents power or regen rate through a debuff, place a 10 second cowardice debuff on the opponent, reducing their special attack damage by 20%. Cooldown: 10 seconds
Mutant: Whenever a Mutant attacker prevents a purify or cleanse, gain a regeneration buff, granting 10% of missing health over 10 seconds. Cooldown: 10 seconds
Collar tech is probably fine as is, it has its situational uses. These would need some tuning obviously
Skill: Every Debuff you shrug off has a 15% chance to be converted into a Blank Debuff on you for 5 seconds.
I've always been kind of annoyed that a lot of skill champs just shrug off the debuffs I want to keep so that I can heal with willpower, and I think this could help with that.
Mutant: 10% Offensive Ability Accuracy for each damaging Debuff on the opponent, up to a 50% increase.
Science: Hits on the opponent deal 5% of your base attack as a burst of Direct Damage for each non-damaging Debuff you have on the opponent, up to 20%.
Cosmic: Increase the duration of your Armor Breaks by 0,5 seconds for each Buff on you, up to 2,5 seconds.
