    Yes I got it he does not have the buff but why my buff got disappeared suddenly lol it’s more ridiculous then what I thought

    OP has Willpower active. Peni Parker deals a burst of incinerate damage whenever the opponent heals while heal block is active.

    Could have left the title and video as is. There are a lot of people that make this mistake with venom. So if they search and find these types of threads it’s good for them to read.
