Whats the point of the permanent chat ban?

I mean, without chat its too poor to play the game. I cant talk with my alliance teammates, neither recruit and its hard to find alliances. So that means that if I get permanent chat ban, I should change my account? Without chats it really doesnt mean much to me.

    I turned off global chat like three years ago, LOL. My ally uses a free chat app, and there are many to choose from, and they are all better than using chat.

    Yes, but permanently? Just because of my first time? Why they dont first catch those who every day spam messages for selling accounts and doing content? There are still kids who are trolling more than 1 year on global. What happened with them? Nothing.

    It does not matter whether or not you find the rules logical. They are the rules you have to follow. If you don`t, you get punished.

    I can`t just say some rules/laws my country has are stupid so don`t listen to them. But I will go to jail or get a ticket or something of the sort. If I don`t like the laws or dissagree with them the only thing I can do it find another country that does not have those rules. So in your case. Good luck in one of those many other games that have rules you agree with.

    Its not like that people threaten me on global that they will kill me, but Kabam didnt do anything about it.
