I did it with Cap. Not a one shot but he works quite well because he has no buffs. Just bait her specials.

I got a one shot with Doom. AA probably isn’t a bad option either.
I know you’re not at lv60 yet and I assume you’ve not explored Act 4 but you really need to give your masteries some love.
