Point lost for SOP

Hey mcoc mod
I have done SOP every week once only. I has 9 points total and now i only have 8. I am 100% sure ive done all weeks once.

How do i resolve this issue.

    For people who cant seem to read.

    “ i have done all weeks once so that means i have done each week atleast once and completed it. Giving me a total of 9pts. But now i only have 8”
