Finished all 6 paths by last night. Overall I loved the quest. Making us use different classes was also a nice touch. I got frustrated in the first run by the bugs but then got used to it. Also the bugs are less apparent on newer phones than the older ones, so the mini account run will be more frustrating.
If you are going for all 6 paths exploration with all 6 TB objectives, then the biggest piece of planning is to match your best option in each class to the path. This can take some time so give it some time. For example, I have an r3 HT who can do Emma or Sinister path really easily but then Spider Gwen is best for DH/Rogue path. So, I decided to go Gwen and bench HT. Whatever you do, write down all 6 paths option before beginning.
Here are the options that I used for each class:
1. Mystic - 5* Doom - this was my first run. I went to Sinister path. Reason was that Sinister is a very limiting fight. My only options were HT and Doom. Went with Doom as I was planning on using Science elsewhere. Doom vs Sinister is only a long fight (500 hits) but very simple. Adaptoid is again a straight forward fight with sp1 and sp2 spam. Doom is probably the best champ for GM as well. Brian Grant has the vid on it.
2. Science - 6* r2 Spider Gwen - went to Darkhawk path. DH is an almost auto play fight with Gwen. DH sp1 is unblockable so you get auto evade on every single special. Ramp her up with sp1s and then either sp3 or just hold power. For Rogue fight, the key is to punish her sp1 with your heavy attack and then immediately dash in to get a combo in. Rinse and repeat. KarateMiike has vid on it.
3. Mutant - 6* r3 Apocalypse - went to Mysterio path. Use sp1 (weakeness) , sp2 (degen) and then make them permanent by sp3. Couple of tricks here. 1. Don't worry about damage reflect when you are ramping up; damage is miniscule. 2. When you evade the beams from mysterio sp1, dash back in and then evade the upper cut; this prevents you from getting cornered. If you get that down, it is an easy solo with little hp loss. Rogue is a tougher fight. There is nothing inherent in Apoc kit to counter her so it is just a skill fight. I used sp1 to give my breathing room. Refer to Brian Grant for video.
4. Tech - 5* StarLord - went to Emma path on this one. He can easily solo Emma and Ghost. Shame that GM's sp1 makes you lose combo. This was one of the best runs in the quest for me. Starky can do the same path in similar fashion but his low block proficiency was becoming a problem in my runs against Emma.
5. Cosmic - 5* Venom - went to Venom path. Don't use specials, just hit him to death. Around 230 hit fight. Adaptoid fight is a little tricky. Try to hold block and push him to sp2 as often as possible and spam your sp1 to top up the hp. Beware of the sudden release of specials by Adaptoid. I died a couple of times because he launhced them when I was holding block and wasn't expecting it.
I don't recommend Ronan for this one. He might be better for Venom and Adaptoid but sucks against GM.
7. Skill - 6* r3 KingPin - went to Symb Supereme path. Spam sp1 to keep his AAR down. This way you can avoid the nullify blast. I didn't get the solo on this one. Best try was 100 to 38%. If you have willpower, KP is just awesome in long fights. Started Ghost fight at 20% and healed to 60%+ by the end. KT1 has the vid on this path with KP.
Ask away if you have any questions.

I have done 4/6 so far
Sparky for Emma + ghost
Doom for sym + ghost
KG for mysterio and rogue ( don’t do this, cost me tons of units for rogue, got an easy solo vs mysterio)
Stealthy for venom + adaptoid
I’m thinking about ranking SG for DH + rogue and then go doom for sinister and adaptoid. Which means I will be able to choose freely for the mutant path, any suggestions? No apo or prof X here.
With Aegon, it’ll be even easier with higher damage, plus you can hold onto specials and get that constant willpower healing.
i have yet to do my first run, been farming potions to avoid spending few units as possible. i have all these same champs except my starlord is R4, and i have a 6* duped kingpin but hes only R1 at the moment. maybe use the resources from my first run to R2 him, then use him.
I totally forgot about spidergwen and auto-evading unblockable specials, thats great because i have a hard time evading darkhawks sp1
Looking at the CGR rotation i assume you are setting adaptoid up to be fate sealed with 5 judgements when you are ready to use sp2 each time so he loses the unstoppable and gains no power during the big damage? Same strategy for venom as the node allows 6 debuffs to damage him (the armor breaks)?
Here is the rotation I used for CGR vs adaptoid.
Essentially,
To start
MLLLM for vigilance
Dex
Sp1
Power gain
Let judgements reset
Now this is the loop part
MLLLM for vigilance
Sp2 for cruelty and precision
Heavy for aptitude
MLLLL for power gain and 5th judgement
Then repeat the loop part over and over until dead
Dr. Zola
Plus you won’t need him awakened for venom
Do you think when planning, we also need to take into account what Node becomes active on Grandmaster? For example, avoid using Hyperion with the Uncertainty path. Or do you think it's better to just plan for Class and path and just go with it?
