Honestly doesn't sound like it from reading the description, is the damage increase significant? Other options are sym, bw, tigra(too much spacing for me to remember), voodoo.

Been running suicides recently so I am trying to rank up champs who really benefit(I know bw is great with suicides but she's not going up before diablo, that regen is too good).

I've given up hope of getting doom anyway

    Great champ to Rank up but don't use an aw gem on him.. I have r3 6* undupe and he freaking awesome without the dupe too... Give it to voodoo who will benefit it more
