No valor bounties for my entire alliance

The title explains it all. We were running roughly 2 to 3 bounty missions a day, and then after Tuesdays maintenance they just disappeared. The button on our home page is gone, and there is no page for it in quests. I've contacted support multiple times. The first time, I was told that an event had been activated just before my message to them, and it should have still been active. Nobody in the alliance was able to join or even see it, it's as if it just doesn't exist. The last couple times support has responded, they are telling me to turn on my notifications and that the missions are random, troubleshoot, reinstall, etc. This is great, but it doesn't change the fact that we haven't been able to participate in bounties since Tuesday evening. I understand that they just pop up at random, but for a full alliance with multiple people grinding the arenas and earning valor from events a quests, I would have expected to see at least one bounty mission in the last couple days. I went through the troubleshooting, and even reinstalled the application. Still nothing. I'm just hoping that someone can shed some light on this situation for us.

    Miike says it's because it's random but I've spoken with multiple people across different forums and every single person who doesn't have that valor logo on the home screen is experiencing this, but Miike claims it has nothing to do with it. We're at about 40 hours with no bounty missions. If that's the random nature of it then it's flawed. You have people doing event quest and grinding arena trying to trigger these events and nothing for 40 hours? It's a terrible system if everything is working as intended.

    Exactly. Since maintenance, I alone have put up 4 million points in the Thor arena. Other alliance members have been grinding that entire time as well. Not a single mission? The concerning thing is that the first team member from support told me that there was one active when I sent my message!! So that means that their servers are showing that the event is working as intended, but it just isn't working on our games?

    jHersh, you also don't have the Test of Valor icon present one the homescreen below the banner, do you?
    It seems no one without that icon is able to trigger any bounty missions.

    Our alliance was getting them back to back since the event started.

    We haven't gotten a single one since maintenance.

    We haven't changed what we've been doing, so I don't know what's happened.

    And yeah, our icon is gone.

    @MSRDLD exact same, usually no more than an hour or two in between. We are all super active.
    It’s just really disheartening that they won’t take responsibility and are brushing it off as our issue.

    Same with us. I find it hard to believe that nobody has had enough valor to launch one since maintenance. I personally fully completed the heroic event which is 450k valor. That wasn't enough to start one?

    Same. Just finished Heroic for 450k Valor and nothing. Now almost 72 hours without a bounty mission when we had them constantly before maintenance. I actually had to use units to buy energy refills because we were doing them constantly.

    I refuse to believe they haven't done something, either intentionally or not, to prevent these missions from starting.

    It's obviously a bug. We are in the same boat. Always had a new quest as soon as the previous one expired and then nothing since maintenance. Also don't have the valor icon anymore. I'm sure they will fix it but I'm not sure they will fairly compensate all of us for the lost valor and shards as well as the lost potential to trigger more quests as many have completed the master quest during this period of futility.

    Yep. I was thinking that no matter what they give us, it won’t be good enough. The playing field will still be level, because everyone will get the same thing, whereas if we were able to trigger our events, our rewards would be based off of our efforts. This ruins a competitive event :disappointed:
