Does anyone know a way I can contact the devs about this

I was given a 5 star nexus crystal due to game issues but then as I was opening it was bugged again and I was given iron fist out of my options which I know is really bad, is there any possible way I can contact kabam and find out a way to reverse this and get a redo on my crystal, I live in a home where tech is a big thing and we constantly have technical issues, so I really would appreciate it if kabam would give me a redo
