Is stealthy still worth ranking up?

Hi I recently pulled Stealth Spider Man and wanted to know if he is still worth R2/R3 or I should choose another champ from my skill roster. Below are my skill champs. Please help with your comments and suggestions.

    Yes. He is good. Kingpin and moleman are also worthy

    I would take Falcom to r2 and r3 instead
