Sorry, I meant to explain, but got distracted. Bishop's ability to reserve his power after a special attack (meaning that the power isn't drained until after the special) is only for his sp1 and sp2. For his sp3, his power is drained upon use, just like any other champion. This is intended because it prevents Bishop from using sp3s to end fights as a defender and then start the next fight with an sp3. If Bishop was able to carry over a full three bars of power after ending a fight with an sp3 as a defender, in high level content, you would have the problem of entering the fight and then Bishop immediately KOing you repeatedly with another sp3.
