Even if I assumed that the 10 or so revives I had saved were 40 units a piece, I still only spent like 1000 units (about 300 of that being on potions cause I'm a wuss who doesn't like being at very low health) on the Grandmaster fight. And that was mostly just from chipping him down with Aegon (get hit while charging heavy for big furies) once I got past the first phase. Almost 1800 units (2k if you count the mini revives as 40 units worth each)? that's plenty. You're set. And if you still aren't confident? If you're going to spend money, get the Unit Daily Card if you haven't already. Much better value, even if you'll have to wait a bit to get the full value out of it.
I spent zero and used no units, not because I am good (spoiler: I'm not), but because I farmed revives and pots for two weeks before attempting the fight. And I crafted a good strategy.
