Why does the game have their rules and policies, but the player's appeal and implementation doesn't care? I have been writing to them for a whole year, and yet none of the living specialists have answered me. to whom to write, I do not know any more, what kind of nonsense with this game?

    You could refund the amount to your card then just take the penalty. Kabam will hit you with negative units but it is one way to get the money back lol

    I returned the money already, it was a year ago. apple has helped, ng kabam has been keeping me in negative balance for a year. why apple can call me and ask and solve their problem and my mistake, but the game cannot?
    Ahh didn’t realize it was a year ago. If the units bought were used in any way then unfortunately that’s on you. Even if your kid “accidentally” used them to buy Cavs or something. There’s no way of Kabam knowing whether it was you who intentionally used the units then asked for a refund or if your kid accidentally used the units. Thus to protect themselves from fraud Kabam will slap penalties on just about anyone getting refunds

    Ya it’s the only way they can prevent that type of cheating
