Do I need minimum 4stars r3 after streak 15 or r4 is must to avoid death matches?
I want to save my t1 alphas for 5 stars. So 4 stars are only for the unit grinding in arenas!
4 star Rank 3 is enough to avoid death matches?

I don't get deathmatches as long as my team rating is not below 6k. So even 4r2 works fine for me but if your team rating gets below that there is a high chance that you will get deathmatch.

Above 15 ,make sure your total team rating is above 15k ..this way you will not trigger death matches.

I mean there's hardly any death match in 4* arena 🤦

    15k means 5k each.. meaning r5! @Rohit_316
And by death matches, I mean long fights!

I’d imagine rank 3s could work but once you hit the lower pi side (like Wolverine and stuff) rank 4 may be better for those champs

I have a different way of grinding ..i grind arena every week since last 6 months minus sundays .

After streak 22 make sure you are only using 4* r3 and not anything below that . That's it , you're good to go!!

There's a very complex mathy way of determining what the actual lowest team you can safely use in the arena is. Nobody, not even me, really uses it, and it wasn't common knowledge until recently (or ever, most people still don't know how this works, although a few players, notably @CoatHang3r appears to have deduced this basically completely accurately). The short answer is: the arena strips off the sigs from your team and pretends they are unawakened, then looks for an opposing team whose unawakened PI is as high as your current difficulty multiplier (which ramps up from 0.8 in round one to about 3.9 past round 20), searching from a randomly selected group of players who play in the arena (and which is a different set for everyone) and if it cannot find such a match it defaults to an easy match that is about the same strength as you. Knowing what round it is, knowing who the players you're currently being matched against, and knowing the order in which you use your champions, you can calculate at what point the team you're about to use will draw a death match.

As I said, no one does this. The general rule of thumb that comes close to mirroring this in the 4* arena is stay above about 6k total PI. You can actually go a bit lower, but everyone's roster is different and everyone's match opponents is different and thus any general rule of thumb has to have some buffer. 6k has a high enough buffer that I think it will work for almost everyone. And it is way easier to remember.

Also noteworthy: your match up "pool" is re-randomized with every arena event. This means it is possible for a team to work today, but fail next week just because your match pool changed slightly from one arena to the next. So even if you test carefully, you still need to allow for some buffer to stay clear of what can happen in future arena match configurations.

    Streak 19-23
    Should be the sweet spot
Plus the death matches there shouldn't too hard
