If Apoc's Horseman buff could be applied to any champ regardless of class, who would be the strongest horseman?

    Any champ that relies on specials and/or ability proc for damage gets a huge boost. Hype, SW, and Ghost were mentioned earlier. A bit of Captain Obvious there, but there it is.

    Just the +50% special damage is disgusting on champs like CGR, Corvus, Shang, Guardian, Peni, etc. Throw in the Wags synergy and lmao.

    Hyperion, because of the +30% offensive ability accuracy making his heavies proc even more fury buffs.
