    I log into the game to see the calendar and it says that I have claimed the cgr monthly crystal, but I never got it. I have proof that I still don’t have a cgr of any star and that I don’t have the crystal.

    Valid issue. There is a post here that has a discussion about it. Not sure if the threads will be merged or not, but it seems to all be the same problem.

    I’m not sure how you have lost out on a 6* CGR? How have you lost out on anything to be honest, they’re just going to send out the right Crystal to everyone, or fix the calendar so it awards the Crystal

    Guys please don't worry. The log in calendars are a relatively new thing and unintended consequences are expected when they roll out NEW features. Please be patient while they investigate and all affected parties will receive proper compensation around February.

    It says iv already claimed the crystal when I logged on but no sign of it anywhere

    SO hey everyone. I usually don't care much about the daily calendar but when I saw cosmic ghost rider I did everything to make sure I logged on everyday and I was supposed to get him today but I can't find the crystal. Any help would be nice.
