Are the archangel cavalier crystal drop rates wrong?

I opened 15 of these and got no 5* or 6*. With a 28.5% chance to get a 5/6*, there's a 0.65% chance to only get 3/4*s from 15 crystals.

Am I actually that unlucky? Or are the drop rates messed up?

    The drop rates that are posted are correct. There's no reason for them not to be.

    I'd agree with you if I haven't gotten multiple compensations in the last few months for crystals having the wrong drop rates
