Joined new ally cant trigger bounty

Its been a week since ive joined a new ally and haven’t triggered one valor quest, can someone up top take a look at this?? Can anyone confirm they have triggered after joining new alliance??

    There is no guarantee that you will trigger one, you just have a chance too if you collect Valor, the more valor you get in one hit the higher the chance.

    I’ve been in the same alliance and I’ve yet to trigger one.

    Considering i complete all milestones in arena every event, its still hasnt been enough, while members who barely play trigger them.
