Any way to exit the quest?

I cleared the final boss but the other person died at the beginning.

He won’t tap “finish” or whatever it says to LEAVE!

    You can still exit from the map. Just hit cancel and go back and then exit.

    It says “decision has to be made before leaving that screen🤬. Will it time out ever? If this person never leaves, will my champs be forever locked?!

    Wait- I know I’m able to leave and play other game modes. I’m just worried about my 3 champs. The reset timer won’t start till I close it out completely …right?
