Which champs do you use boosts on?

I'm not talking about regular champion/health/attack boosts but the various Class Power/Special Boosts. Lately, I've been having a ton of fun with Bishop in Act 7 on the various lanes where you can only deal damage with your special attacks, and I've been pumping him full of boosts for the first time ever. I rarely use any other boosts other than the standard ones so I'm curious which champions you think warrants them and in what circumstances?
In Bishop's case, his ability to carry over power and to start with extra power if you bring in some synergies just helped him beast mode the entire fight. The entire lane. I had a lot of fun and am feeling that I'm kind of missing out by not normally using them. I might have to change that, so give me all of your tips.

Colossus sp2 spam is great as you can get so many armours, damage gets silly.
