Venompool Sp2 stun on intercept not happening

This has been occurring in monthly EQ (heroic - so no mighty charge or any special nodes) Haven’t tried it elsewhere yet. Several different defenders.
“If this attack intercepts an opponent, 100% chance to inflict a stun Debuff lasting 3 seconds.
It is currently 0% chance
Got a 6* Venompool so was trying him out last night chapt 3 Quest 1. In several fights, I tried using the intercept with SP2 mechanic to get the stun and moonwalk…. Defender dashed at me, I launched the special successfully, but no stun occurred.
I have been trying it every fight and it has not worked a single time.

I finally got the stun to work, but only if I launched the special BEFORE the defender makes any movement, which makes it pretty useless (especially in harder content). We shouldn’t be relying on the AI to cooperate with us by attacking after launching the SP2 to get the stun to work.
Intercept is a reactive function (to the defenders charging at you).
If the unity engine moved the iOS ‘window of opportunity (to parry/dex)’, skills that require intercepting can be affected too. It appears to be the case here.
I’m still 0% if I launch the special in response to the defender dashing at me.
