Why synergy healing of deadpools became passive ? champions like hyperion or Dr.voodo can't take advantage of this heal

    No, initially the synergy removed both Poison and bleed and healed you. It was considered too OP and only one debuff will be removed now which will be bleed first and if you are bleed immune, it will be poison.
    Edit: It has always been a passive heal. The change was what I stated above.
