The update is out and I tested her out myself
Still wont put out any review since the test was against a few of my rank 5's using practice mode (amazing mode btw) and nothing noded or anything, very basic fights.

Tell me what you think about her?

    Ive done some rol fights and i kinda like her more since the sustain is quite nice

    That heavy chain into sp2 was wayyyyyyy more nutty than i expected
    Damage does look buffed so far
    try heavy spam+SP2 when above 10 souls, you can place up to 9 guaranteed bleeds if timed right ^_^

    rank 1 max level took ws out without synergies (lets be real) 128 hits with almost all of the hits was heavies.
    if ı didnt know it exist ı woudnt even notice the lifesteal. lost %25 percent without taking hits.

    128 hits is pretty good especially for a r1 6*.

    basically any champ who relies on heavies and has big dmg on special 2.(there are lot more)

    Angela and x23 dont need heavy and sp2 for damage just to say angelas damage is by sp1 and x23s is mainly a lot of bleeds for damage

    take any rank 1 champ and just spam heavies(has 2 hits) with only sp2's beeing 3 hits max and determine its good or not
    I stand by what I said. R4 no synergies btw.

    If this wasn't an community choice i wouldn't be as disappointed as i am, I'm not asking for a super OP champ but come on throw us a bone here, i don't think anyone is excited about her buff or anyone would use her before Diablo , Black Widow CV, magik, sym supreme etc. after testing her out i think its safe to say she will remain at 5R4 and 6R1 i appreciate the effort but i find it hard to see someone calling this an overhaul and say man the community going to be excited with this buff, this remind me of daredevil everyone was excited then the buff went live and everyone like oh that's it, another Arena champ at best now with Thor i actually like what they did with him he's actually better than before i cant say the same about GUILLOTINE :-(

    I believe her 2% regen is bugged. I was able to stack loads of bleeds in RoL and the regen did not improve greatly despite the multiple stacks, or, it was really underwhelming.

    I had high hopes for this buff

    Very disappointed. It’s a shame that they buffed their First Original Character in an awful way

    Please Recall this “buff” and redo it or leave her as is.
