why havent i still seen the final preparation quest?

in Bugs and Known Issues
idk whats going on but even though i finished the fighting with /or iceman quest final preparation quest hasnt appeared. so does this mean i cant do anything with this months special event?

    Iceman one does not result in Final Prep one afterwards, there are other objectives inbetween that you still have to do (at least for one difficulty level, not all the difficulties).

    Why aren’t the final preparation events available you said they’d be available but they are not there for us to complete them

    They are all “available” now (as in, you don’t need to wait for any additional weeks before they become possible, like all September), but you still have to complete your current Objective in order for the next Objective in the pic above (left side of pic) to become visible. (and need to restart game inbetween completing 1 objective before the next objective appears (along with next in game Mystery “Dream” message).

    Ultimately you will get to Final Prep one.

    I completed final preparation cavalier days and claimed the rewards haven't received my anti venom. And then the final preparation cavalier came back and I don't feel like getting banned for reclaiming the rewards. And I sent a support ticket and they didn't help me.

    If you did the final prep thing as soon as it came out, there was a bug that kabam acknowledged. Support and redo the final prep. If you were affected by the bug, im surprised support wouldn't help.
