3x5 no donation alliance?

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
Currently in a 5x5 alliance with minimums and it just isnt enjoyable. Feels like a job. My current rating is 114.9k. Would like to bring a +1 if possible with maybe some more in the future. We are both active players who enjoy the game but really just want to relax. We both have Line. So if there is any 3x5 alliances out there that plan on staying that way and are looking for some people who communicate and are chill you found em!

    Hey man, if you're interested we run maps 3 on placement and 2 on attack but will move up to map 3 all week when everyone's champs are ready to run it and war. Currently tier 7 on war and unbeaten due to superb communication and organisation.
