Was I wrong in assuming that the next gold offer would come up even if I bought the 6* tank up gem offer with 30 minutes left on the clock?

Nothing is coming up and usually the next tiered offer pops up immediately.

    And the 5,000,000 gold from the Oversaturated event means I just wasted my time and units?
