  Have y'all done a Chain of 5 Weeks of Objectives from last month? That includes the Multiple Levels of Each Objective too, which unlocks the next, you only have to do One Difficulty Chain though.
  
  If you have done them already and Still didn't receive it Apparently some people have had to wait up to a Day for it to be sent to them for some reason.

  TL:DR, if you still see all 4 difficulties worth of objectives, you have not done the September objectives yet. You need to do the objectives of 1 difficulty ALL THE WAY, 7/7 or whatever limit, claim and wait for the next set of objectives from the difficulty you are doing and repeat till the last quest which is called final preparations, finish that too and claim and you'll receive anti venom in mail.

  It's October 17th and this is the first post you have made on this subject... I'm confused about THAT first of all.
  
  Go to your bonus objectives (near the bottom right of your screen, the brown list looking thing). Open that up, and take a picture of the first thing that comes up (it should say "special" at the top of the page in a blue box). Take a screenshot of that and post it here for us. We should then be able to help you.
