I am using Archangel against red goblin in Cosmic Eclipse - Symbiote Enhancement Hive (5 shard quest) Legendary.
I have a 130 sig Archangel. When I get 3 nuerotoxins on Redgoblin the Masochism, special burst lockdown 3 gets deactivated. This makes sense. But power efficiency and enhanced special 1 do not get deactivated.
Is this what's supposed to happen? This has cost me lots of revives.
