The Overseer's Accessories - and Buff thoughts

So, when looking at The Overseer, it would take you less than 5 seconds to notice that he's a Hulk that carries Cap's shield, Surfer's board and the Tesseract.
These are even mentioned in his description: he uses Cap's shield to block, Surfer's board as a cleaver and the tesseract to travel across the battlerealm (he uses it in his animations and even has a Cosmic mode).
But one thing I only just noticed is that he carries Magneto's helmet and Classic Ultron's head on either side of his belt.

Now, we know that The Overseer is a good champion but is slightly lacking in damage (mainly, Critical Damage on the SP2) and his utility is everywhere but really nowhere.
So, if we do ever get a buff, can we factor in the elements of these two additional accessories?
Maybe some passive Prowess buffs that scale with Gamma Power and activate with Cosmic Mode?
Or something a la Ultron? Like Function (Burn) off his SP3 which doesn't do much anyway?
Also - on the topic. The Special Concussion needs to be improved. Reducing special AAR by 10% to a maximum of 7 opponent special activations is not really effective. Many champions shut down opponents without them activating even 1 or 2 specials. Try a reduction of 20% to a maximum of 5 instead.

The overseer need to have more gamma like 10 over 6 to have more time in cosmic mode

I played him a little more
I really feel like if they let the Furies stack, they can get away with the long duration in between Cosmic Modes
Also special AAR needs to be tuned up properly
Those two are the main points
    Otherwise
I'd push the Energize buff to the Heavy in Cosmic Mode
Then give him something additional on the SP2 and SP3

his damage is actually quite good it’s just that it’s so long in between bursts of cosmic power that’s the problem

He needs a Kingpin-esque ability to have some gamma power remain once cosmic mode is over

Isn’t he using that Magneto Mask for his first synergy which can make all Hulks immune vs inverted controls? Would make sense.

And isn‘t he extra strong if placed as a Defender, 50% more Gamma duration or something like that?

I think whoever designed his kit didn't really play around with him. Think he would be a lot smoother if a few things in his kit were shuffled around. The energize on the SP2 is basically useless and I don't think I've ever utilized it in any rotation (unless I just think the SP2 damage will end the fight so I use that special).

-SP3 would give an energize buff that is paused while in cosmic mode. Physical vulnerability is moved to heavy (while in cosmic mode)

-The heavy attack would apply the physical vulnerability when in cosmic mode (unchanged from current physical vulnerability). The taunt mechanic would also remain unchanged, although maybe make it so the duration remains paused while in cosmic mode.

-While in cosmic mode, SP2 would apply a Cosmic Drain debuff on the opponent which leeches 20% of total power over 12 seconds (this shouldn't be a particularly powerful drain ability as you want the enemy to throw specials...just a little something to allow Overseer to be even more aggressive during cosmic mode). The power leeched from the enemy is then granted to Overseer when the Cosmic Drain debuff expires. The disorient remains as is.

-I kind of like the special concussion debuffs stacking to 7 simply because that has a great interaction with the despair mastery. In a pinch, he works quite well when you don't want the enemy to regen. That said, I wouldn't mind if they upped the max stack to 10 for 10% each and make it so each level of special attack places the same amount of concussion debuffs on the enemy (SP1 = 1 debuff, SP2 = 2 debuffs).

Something like this would make me 100000x happier with my R3. Although I did use him for a few things in my 7.3 exploration run.

The synergy that makes all Hulks immune to Reverse Controls is called Identity Disorder and is related to the Hulks' 'scrambled personalities'.

And it's his Cosmic Mode that gets 50% duration as a Defender.

I took my 6* to R3 unduped and don't regret it. Yes, he really does need his dupe to stack Gamma charges faster, but he has good damage, a long Taunt, a little bit of regen, great immunities, and decent synergies, especially with other Hulks for reverse controls immunity.

This month I've used him to reliably and efficiently clear the Sym Supreme hive side quest. Energize on all three champs in that quest give him Gamma very quickly so those fights are fast.

I don't have this guy and don't know much about him besides the little I read just so I am able to fight him. All I gotta say WS should be banned from being a part of the test platforms for champs. That's not how things play out in real game contents. You dont have to worry about SP3, his base attack is very low (imagine using that to test a champ the is highly dependent on parries), AI is behind, etc. I dunno how Kabam test their champs but I hope WS is either not a part of it or used partially on less important stuffs about the champ.
