Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch
We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. We are working to resolve the issue holding us up as quickly as possible, but will keep you all updated, especially if the delay results in any changes to the content release schedule.

I wonder also if there is a hit box issue in the sense that what we are seeing isn’t what is actually happening.
Are all the issues limited to alliance related activity?
Quite honestly, 5 revives and 10 potions for the issues we have been dealing with is laughable. Then again, bombarding us with 6x that amount at once doesn’t necessarily help anybody either.
I’ve seen members of the community consistently asking for non-alliance based revives and potions to be included in the weekly compensations in order to appropriately pace them out. Rather than send them into overflow, forcing players into rushing through content to actually get any value out of them before they expire or get sold for small amounts of gold.
I miss the Collector’s Lofty Standards. Carina appears to be rather stingy.
Game lag
Missed inputs (parry and dex)
That's basically the two main categories. They've been known for a while.
I would like to add a few more:-
6. Block but champion still walk forward
7. Standing still instead of hitting Heavy
8. There are other, but they are Champions specific based, and I have already reported bug
These are from Android device.
As mentioned before, these issues affect all part of the game, from AW, AQ, Story Quest, Event Quest, Arena and Incursion (and even solo objectives). While I do appreciated the regular AW/AQ compensation package (although we could do with some Glory), the Solo package is not really reflective of the resource we have to spent to cover lost fights and even milestone rewards lose, while these issues is ongoing. These constructive feedback and been put to Kabam for a while now, but haven't had any acknowledgement or communication back from Kabam.
I remember someone asked a few weeks ago on how many players have quit the game because of the game current unstableness and the sense of the lack of support from Kabam. I don't know the answer to that, but in my Alliance, about half have quit (well haven't login between 7 - 24 days, with PI between 500k to 2mil). Most of these members are long time players and have invested quite a bit of money into the game, Alliance are all lovely people and been loyal to the Alliance for so long, that is the only reason why the Alliance is still going, but not sure for how long, with only 8-10 players doing AQ and AW (and yet the AW & AQ compensation still coming).
However, let forget the players (customers) for 1 minute and let just look at this from a business and financial side of thing.
What will cost Kabam more?
Option 1:-
Be empathic to the community frustration, maintain a good communication with the community and give out meaningful compensation stuffs (that reflect the issues) - Crystals, rank up material, revise, items, glory point, artifact...whatever...because the true is it really doesn't matter, as it would cost Kabam very little.
OR
Option 2:-
Continue with the current plan and compensation schedule. More players will quit the game. So by the time you get to Cyber Monday and Christmas Gift event, Kabam already lots a numbers long time and committed of players. By then it doesn't matter what new cool offers, events or champs Kabam bring out, because those committed player isn't these to know about it anymore.
So while I understand that these crystals, items, ect are the source of Kabam income, it would still cost Kabam more when long time, committed players quit, as I imagine new, casual players won't spend as much (if any).
I worked in customer service for a long time, and it cost very little but go a long way to have good and positive customer support, that really listen and response to their core target customers.
Remember a few months ago, we got a little updated on the working progress from Kabam regarding the input issues, also had a relative big compensation package with crystals and glory points, and later the Crystals offer to purchase by gold, those little things keep the spirit of the community up while Kabam continue on working to fix the bugs and input problem. It would cost Kabam very little to throw a couple of carrots to the players while the problem is still going, rather than continue like this currently path and more will quit.
Also please remember, with other type of forums, the admins team are fellow members from the community that are there to help maintain and managed the forum itself, their decision on deleting post does not have a conflict of interest.
However this forum is the official forum by Kabam, the admins team are the employees of Kabam, and it is the 1st and for some, the only space to send feedback and review of the product, which is MCOC. Having post deleted or ignore, because is does not show a positive light on Kabam product, does not create a positive relationship between with the customers (your players).
You have requested us, the customers, to report the bugs and glitches, we did. You asked us to post constructive feedback, we did. Please be kind enough to review them with care.
P.S: I wouldn't be surprise if the post get deleted, but really do hope that it is not and that the team take feedback from the community on board and take positive action to improve the community morality, as it is a reflection of MCOC future.
