    I opened a service ticket just a couple hours ago about this. I haven't received Morningstar yet. i'm not sure If this is normal to take this long to receive the gift since this is the first time I've claimed a reward

  • I have claimed in past and not had any issue like this
  • I contacted insiders support, it said there offices are closed and will be looked over on Monday after there offices reopen at 830 am . So we may just have to wait it out

    I didn’t get the 50k points for doing the heroic last month. I’m assuming I misspelled my IGN.
