Hawkeye critical bleed not activating

His critical bleed is no longer activating on the sp1. This issue needs to be fixed as he is doing far less damage then intended. I hope that this bug decreasing his damage it is fixed as fast as the bug increasing his damage was.

    yep same here, its for both, I just noticed on the sp1 and posted before checking the sp2. This really sucks since I took my six star to R3 while he was broken and dealing extra damage than intended, but now he is doing far less damage than intended and I actually want to use him for content without having to wait for a patch

    The sp3 critical bleed works so this makes me think the bug is linked to his awakened ability. @Kabam Miike @Kabam Lyra
