Buff the overseer

The overseer need to have more gamma like 10 over 6 to have more time in cosmic mode

    Agreed. They should also increase duration of cosmic mode by 5 seconds per gamma rather than 3.33 seconds and also have him gain 1 gamma when either champ gains a bar of power. A stun on his sp3 would be nice too since it’s a very weak sp3 but let’s not get greedy lol
