Evasion on perfect block

Hi all,
I wish to ask if could be possible to set Evasion ability to not trigger when player's succeed to do a perfect block which would stun the opponent.

    It's a feature in the newer champs that have evade in their abilities but until they get buffed, nothing can be done about the older champs.

    Just to clarify, I mean in our own champions.

    Example: I'm using Spider-Man, I do a perfect block and I expect to stun the opponent, Spider-Man evades the attack instead.

    It's what I was talking about: I wish, if I do a perfect stunning block, that my own champions doesn't evade instead.

    You're talking about champs not evading while parrying. nothing to be done.
