Potential Delay to v44.1 Launch

We are currently working through some issues that may affect the release window of v44.1. This means that the update may not release on Monday as it usually does. We are working to resolve the issue holding us up as quickly as possible, but will keep you all updated, especially if the delay results in any changes to the content release schedule.

Hi, today I'd like to find out what cycles do you use for playing Prof X? I know there are many and he is insanely variable champ, so I wanna ask.

Here's mine:
1. 100 charges + 1.9 bars of power
2. SP1 spam for Prowess
3. get to 1.5 bars
4. Throw SP1 WITHOUT 100 charges (so that you refresh but dont do mind control)
5. Get to 2.9 bars + 100 charges
6. SP2 massacre
7. Dead!

How do you play him?

The one you mentioned is what I do when the health is above 200k, otherwise I skip to step 5

    Short fights:

    1. 100 charges + 2.9 bars of power
    2. full cycle with two SP2 to kill the opponent

    Long fights:

    1. 100 charges + 3 bars of power
    2. first SPs spam cycle (SP3 - SP2 - SP1 spam)
    3. SP1 after Mind Control ends to refresh prowesses
    4. reach 100 charges while below 3 bars of power
    5. Second SPs spam cycle (Depends how much power I have)
    6. If opponent isn't dead, repeat 3 to 5

Double prowesses with every special is essential, and White Mags as a teammate is invaluable. This is also for standard fights, I completely change my approach if I have to play around nodes like Hurt Locker or Power Struggle ^_^

I do the same with light varaiants, for example for stun inmune nodes I play only with sp 1 until reach 100 charges, after I fill 2.9 bars or 3 bars, this relly on how many persistent charges I carried, and launch the special 2 o 3, for example 7.3.5.

Depends on the health pool. But in event quest I build to sp 3 with 100 charge (automatically triggers mind control with 100 cerebro) adding prowess after each special. When i get under 1 bar of power I bait a special if needed and then fire a sp 1 (no mind control) I use the falter mechanic to build cerebro charges but make sure to refresh my prowess. After this I build to right before sp 3 and repeat.

If its an evade champ I use the falter to build cerebro.

Falter is very powerful a big part of the game is creating safe openings and prof x has a safe GUARANTEED mechanic to create and exploit windows to attack

3 bars with 100 channeling charges
    Heavy into sp3
Full rotation from there gives me 7 prowness
Then build 2.8 bars of power with 100 charges parry heavy into sp2 two times
They are usually down after second sp2
If not down that means they have 200k+ health
Heavy into 1 Sp1 just to build 1 extra prowness
You are left with 1.25 bars of power
Build to sp2 with 100 charges if they are at less than 40% health (they are 400k health opponents )
    Otherwise sp3 with 100 charges
You can do 2 sp2s after the sp3 just for overkill sake
    This is for 700k+ opponents

I do the same. Except once I have 3 or 4 cerebro charges in the quest, I go for the heavy cancel into sp3 to get the chunky prowess, then spam specials until mind control ends/ I run out of power. After that I keep building prowess with sp1 until I'm sure the sp2 will kill them or leave them very close to dying.

One thing that I don't see people do very often is this. Try to use your final special of mind control right before it expires. Once mind control is over, you will be channeling from the special. Rather than immediately refreshing or building a new prowess, wait a couple seconds. Your charges will build, and you can still cancel into whatever you desire as long as you dont wait too long. It helps build the charges much faster which isnt always necessary, but sometimes it's a huge help

Just wish I could pull a 5 or 6* white mags. Or my prof x would be r3

What's with the 2.9 bars of power about? Haha.. I'm confused.
