Alliance Quest Champion Usage

I have noticed that I can't use certain players after I place them in war placement. I was under the impression that those champs can still be used up until war started, then they would be locked out. Anyone else having this issue? It is Sunday night, 11:05pm East Coast time

    Champs placed in war placement can't be used in AQ but you can use them in normal Quest.
