Looking for silver/gold alliance

Hey guys, so I'm a summoner with 1 5* R4 champ, 1 5* R3 champ, and 3 fully upgraded 4 star champs, with some other r4 4 stars. I'm looking for an alliance that has a silver 2 or upwards rank so I can get some t5 basic and some more 5* and 6* shards. I'm looking to join a new alliance after the gifting event, so in about a week.
