I've been trying to get these guys for awhile now but haven't had any luck. I feel like it's been overdue to atleast include the 4* versions in milestone rewards

    Kang and Thanos... sure.

    Or give them at 4* as the lowest rank reward as a sort of participation trophy.

    Though that kind of (further) invalidates them for the people that got them before they were ever released into GGCs, but...
