Thor Ragnarok/Loki Synergy Not Working

Device and Version: (Example, iPhone 7): Pixel 6
Device Operating System: Android 12
Mobile Carrier: (Example AT&T): T-Mobile
Cellular or WiFi: Both
Game Version Installed: Version 33.0.0
Game Mode: Story Quests, Event Quests, Arena, Alliance Quest or Alliance War.
Champions Affected: Thor Ragnarok, 6* rank 3, level 45/45, Sig 64.
Active Boosts: No boosts being utilized
Description of the Issue: The Loki synergy is supposed to give Thor Ragnarok a 100% chance for a combo shield for 10 seconds. In the attached screenshots you can see where I obtain a 15 hit combo, then let myself get hit by a heavy, the combo shield activates but Thor loses his combo. This is obviously not working as intended.
