Continued game play issue

Why we get the same rewards over and over they should send this out like they did when game first started messing up

When they gave us that initial compensation package featuring the Nexus Crystal and shards, it was given at a point when they believed that the worst was over and that things would stabilized and get better but unfortunately it did not and was in hindsight a bit premature as instead things had progressed even further than they wanted and it was starting to affect multiple areas of gameplay.
So they were giving regular support packages every week to help people with Alliance events, which did help a lot of people and helped them start taking on heavier maps and start helping them develop their rosters more and it had its intended ripple effect which was to benefit the player base during a difficult time.
Unfortunately (and I have no problem admitting that they screwed up on this part), they never continued any form of support for solo players which in hindsight really was a bad call as even if they were to give only a handful of potions and revive every week, it would have helped to offset a lot of frustrations within the community that we've seen boil over these last few months, especially as quite a few people have been complaining about the level of difficulty in regards to higher tier Event Quest what are the most recent chapters added to act 7.
Ideally going forward I hope that we receive some form of a status with regards to the input issues, even if it's nothing significant to mention and I also hope that they reconsider their stance regarding solo support and help the player base with so much appreciated items.
